Two vertical plates are inclined slightly cut into the hilly landscape. The space between the disks flows toward the valley is getting narrower and has a direction - spot the excessive height of the discs - as a landmark and a new landmark. The entire area will be reduced to two main levels and adapts to the natural terrain. Along the road opens to the forecourt to the entrance and the meeting room. The location of the tower and thus the highest point is chosen so that the reference is added to the site. The spatial concept utilizes the natural terrain. The two main levels are connected inside by developing seeds. At the level of -4.00, the RK garages with adjacent rooms, located directly above the ground floor office space and all the rooms in the attic, and later as an extension of the apartments. The FW garages are at the level of 0.00. The forecourt to the main entrance opens onto the street and joins the great FW forecourt with the main entrance........more
