Our project proposal suggests a curve-shaped building that naturally blends into the open spaces of the surrounding heterogeneous structures. The stand-alone building includes the community’s new town hall as well as a municipal hall, library and council chamber. In combination with the generous foyer the three core areas form a flexibly utilizable event scenario with a spectacular space experience. The required office space logically surrounds the three event cores.....
