The building, in the shape of a C, will house in its interior the sea, the water of the gulf of Marseille will in-fact penetrate between the horizontal storeys of the building, the one with the convention centre and the one with the exhibition area, creating an actual Square of water, capable of hosting fishing boats, sail boats or simply to serve as a pool and as a dock for small pleasure boats...........
