The building we are proposing assumes natural, scenic and historical positions. Thus, preservation of existing vegetation and the vicinity of flooded soils and the geological conditions specific to coastal alluvial land, the flatness of the surrounding geography, the long views that are brought to soar, the orchard with the Duero, which accompanies, etc. are ingredients of the project as a quick reference of which we are privileged members and observers. But so are the real philosophies of sustainability, sensible ways to minimize impact and propose a way to use to support and deliver a commitment to the infrastructural nature of the proposal.......
