Paradise Living Moscow | Russian Federation | SHCA

The Paradise Living tower is located on a prominent reclaimed brown-field site along the Moscow River. This 308,000 sq m (3,314,000 sq ft) development incorporates 1,200 high-end residential units within the central 51-storey central tower and two flanking 36-storey towers.

Commissioned by the Mirax Group, the building creates a new model for residential living. The apartments are organized around a series of 4-storey sky gardens which serve as communal spaces for each group of residents. Each of these glass enclosed volumes serve as environmental buffer zones which are integrated into the building's ventilation strategy. From the exterior, these sky gardens create the tower's signature visual porosity. Additional common space is developed on the roof of the 4-storey podium which is landscaped to provide a 'village green' overlooking the Moscow river.

The project also incorporates recreational facilities, retail shops, restaurants, kindergarten and elementary schools, and parking for 2,200 cars........more
